Apparently, Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus still doesn’t understand the full nature of the mistake she made back on election night in April. Which is puzzling, given all the attention it received and the fact that it may have helped trigger an expensive and unnecessary recount in the already bitter contest for state Supreme Court.
