The average price for a ticket next season will be $24.01, a 8.6% price increase. Season-ticket holders will also see an increase of 8.6%.
The increase comes after a season in which the team froze ticket prices for season-ticket packages and single-game seats. The franchise took that step last season after coming off a disappointing 2010 season….
The price bump comes after a very successful year for the Brewers, the winners of the National League’s Central Division crown. This season, the Brewers raised their payroll significantly – to at least $94 million – invested in a new multi-million-dollar scoreboard and revamped suites in the ballpark.
