Could interest rates from payday loans constitute unconscionable terms under WI law?

The WI Court of Appeals asks the WI Supreme Court:

“Once again we have been asked to draw the line of unconscionability for short-term loans with very high interest rates, and once again we believe the question is appropriately addressed to our supreme court,” reads the certification by a panel consisting of judges Brian Blanchard, JoAnne Kloppenburg and Gary Sherman.
