Madison firefighter Mahlon Mitchell has defeated two opponents to win the Democratic primary for Wisconsin lieutenant governor.
With the win Tuesday, the leader of the statewide firefighters’ union will now challenge Republican incumbent Rebecca Kleefisch next month.
