Afterward, the Badgers were frustrated. Frustrated with losing to a team they had beaten 35-0 last year. Frustrated with failing to score until less than 2 minutes remained in the game. And most of all, frustrated that the engine that drives the UW program — the grind-it-out running game — was held in check by an Oregon State defense that supposedly was weak up the middle.
