More kids missing school vaccinations

A measles outbreak in Milwaukee in 1989-’90 killed five children. A measles outbreak in 2008 involved eight cases and no fatalities, but some were hospitalized, including an 11-month-old who was too young to be vaccinated and contracted the disease from a 23-month-old who was not vaccinated.
