As many as seven people have been shot in or near the Azana Salon & Spa on N. Moorland Road, across the street from the Brookfield Square Mall.
The shooter, described as African-American, 6-1 and 270 pounds, appears to still be at large.
Four people are in the Froedtert Hospital emergency room being evaluated, and none are in critical condition, hospital officials said. Three more victims are expected to be transported from the scene, according to Carolyn Bellin, chief public relations officer for the hospital.
