Physicians Plus Insurance has filed a lawsuit against the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation seeking to compel a resolution to contentious contract negotiations that have led the Meriter-owned insurer to say UW’s doctors have threatened to no longer provide care to its patients beginning in 2013.
