Supreme Court deadlocks on Gableman recusal, refuses to reconsider collective bargaining case

Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne had asked that the court revisit the decision and re-hear the case in light of a series of stories by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that alleged that Gableman had received free legal services from a law firm that presented arguments to the court on the collective bargaining law.
