Wisconsin Gov. and ALEC alumnus Scott Walker spoke to a packed room of national and local media, state legislators, industry leaders, non-profit members, and guests over breakfast at the 42nd Annual Meeting of the American Legislative Exchange Council on July 23, 2015 in San Diego, California. Though he speaks for himself, independently of the positions of ALEC as an organization, we were happy for the opportunity to hear from a 2016 presidential hopeful.
