Washington testified that, after barricading the door with [defendant-chaplain] Witch’s motorized wheelchair, she gave him hydromorphone pills to make him sleepy while she asked him to call her mother and sang “Rock-A-Bye Baby.”
Washington said he asked Witch if they could have sexual intercourse during to the incident. She said no, but showed him her breasts and then performed a sex act on him.
