The Milwaukee DA’s office confirms a decision could come as soon as Tuesday morning about Wisconsin Right to Life, a conservative group accused of using incentives to bolster Republican support earlier this year.
The group is accused of offering gift cards to volunteers in order to get out the vote for the July recalls. A staffer told TODAY’S TMJ4 Monday the organization is part of a John Doe investigation and they can’t comment.
