Administrator shown contract for new job before he retired from his old one

Tom Maki, UWGB’s vice chancellor for finance and business, retired in mid-March. Chancellor Tom Harden re-hired him a month later to the same position, allowing Maki to collect his six-figure salary on top of his retirement benefits.
