Chartwells Food Service Worker Allegedly Asks Elementary School Girls For Sex

An employee with a food service company contracted by the Racine Unified School District is facing charges after he allegedly told two 12-year-old girls he wanted to have sex with them and touched them inappropriately on the playground.

Leroy A. Williams, 24, of Racine, was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Wednesday with two counts of exposing a child to harmful descriptions, eight counts of bail jumping, one count of felony intimidation of a victim and one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to 23 years in prison.
