Daughter-killer stays behind bars

Ruby Klokow, 77, was sentenced in May to 10 years in prison, after pleading no contest in February to second-degree murder in the death of baby Jeaneen. Klokow and her attorney seemed stunned at the sentence, since Sheboygan County District Attorney Joe DeCecco, as part of a plea bargain, had recommended only 45 days in jail as a conditon of 10 years of probation.
