Four Wisconsin cheeses advance at World Championship Cheese Contest
A havarti and a pepper havarti from Decatur Dairy in Brodhead were selected along with a brie from Lactalis American Group in Belmont and a smoked Gouda from Holland’s Family Cheese in Thorp.
