For the second consecutive year, Green Bay Cellcom Marathon officials will spend the days after the race facing questions.
The 2012 race was canceled Sunday after heat and humidity sent about 20 runners to area hospitals, left scores more requiring on-site medical evaluation, and threatened to overwhelm emergency responders.
