The average investigation by the agency took 344 days, according to data released by regulators last year. Figures for the fiscal year ended June 30 are still being compiled, said Keith Sellen, director of the state Office of Lawyer Regulation. Those numbers will likely show the agency “was a little bit slower” than the previous year, he said.
