Democratic attorney general candidate Susan Happ wants her record as a district attorney and defense attorney to be off limits for the remainder of the campaign. In a memo to members of the media and the public, Happ campaign manager Josh Lease attempted to push back on reports about his candidate’s record arguing that both attorney general candidates have done things in the past that should be off limits to a serious review of the candidates.
