Milwaukee police say an officer on patrol spotted Winston and a man sitting in car in the dark alley. The officer thought the car was suspicious–sources say when the officer approached the car he surprised Winston and the young man.
Sources say what Assistant Chief Winston originally said happened in this alley didn’t add up to what the dash cam video showed and that’s one of the reasons they stripped him of his duties.
