Minnesota man charged after leaving his dog in a parked car during day, windows closed, for six hours

Co-owner found canine dead on floor of car. Accused, Max Ruff, reportedly told police he tried but failed to let dog out of locked car, but officer observed that the doors were actually unlocked.
