Corrupt lawyers who steal from clients or commit other serious felonies should be banned from practicing law forever, and attorneys who do not cooperate with a disciplinary investigation should quickly have their law licenses suspended, a committee studying the oft-criticized Wisconsin lawyer disciplinary system says in a new report.
