Representative Tom Tiffany proposes closing the area near the G-Tac iron mine to the public

Starting Tuesday, Milwaukee resident and political activist Alex Brower will walk from the Riverwest neighborhood in Milwaukee to the Wisconsin State Capitol building in Madison to call on the Department of Natural Resources to deny a mine permit for Gogebic Taconite in northern Wisconsin.
