FOND DU LAC- Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputies arrested an 18-year-old counselor earlier this month.
He now faces four felony charges for abusing campers.
Investigators told TODAY’S TMJ4 a 12-year-old boy stepped forward, telling deputies 18-year-old Troy Orthmann touched him repeatedly, weeks before he allegedly assaulted another kid at camp.
