From scuffle to felony battery:
A tentative felony battery against a police officer charge Monday against Damon Terrell, 22, followed an altercation between him and police in course of his arrest in the rotunda. State officials said an unidentified officer suffered an unidentified injury during the scuffle in which Terrell and officers went to the floor.
