Onetime Milwaukee lawyer Joseph Engl is facing three felony counts alleging sexual assault of an underage girl plus another felony count of using a computer to facilitate sex with the girl – charges issued eight years after he was sentenced to probation and given a regulatory slap on the wrist for a Milwaukee County conviction of using a computer as part of a sex crime.
