Dim-witted council member doesn’t see that one can distinguish between kinds of animals:
“I just don’t think we need chickens in town,” said council member Gordon Earll, during Tuesday’s City Council meeting. “If we approve this tonight, we’re opening it up to other farm animals in the city.”
