….Suddenly, the suspect driver started his car up, and started pulling forward once more, driving slowly outbound on E. Washington Ave. Eventually he came to a stop a second time. This time he did so near the 3100 block of E. Washington Ave. Officers could see he was now chewing on something. They also could see bits and pieces of marijuana scattered about the driver’s seat. The suspect later admitted he tried to eat all of his marijuana, which he described as “dime bag,” because he feared police would take him to jail if they found it. His efforts did not keep him from making that trip, and he was booked on tentative charges listed above….
