Glen R. Jeffery, 3136 N. 31st St., refused to pay for the food when it was delivered to 1409 Geele Ave. on Saturday.
When police arrived, Jeffery came out of the residence with cash in hand and said he “didn’t want any trouble.”
When asked for identification, Jeffery told police he had just arrived from Georgia, that he had no identification and that his name was Ist’ch Miieioushe. Police had no record that the name existed.
Jeffery eventually admitted he was deceiving police and told them his real name.
