Marcia Frazer abandoned cat in vacant apartment.
Convict her and fire her:
The complaint said deputies showed up at a condo where she’d been living in November to serve an eviction notice and found a dead cat. Frazier admitted to a Dane County humane officer she’d left two cats behind.
According to the complaint, Frazier told the humane officer that after she moved out in July, “I thought the bank would figure it out since they’re the ones who evicted me.”
She also said she’d called animal shelters but they were all full.
