In an unscientific online poll, ESPN.com asked its visitors: “What did you think of Ryan Braun’s written statement/apology?”
Of about 110,000 responses, 10% answered “good enough,” 31% answered “good start, but not enough,” and 59% answered “not good at all.”
The responses from the state of Wisconsin set it apart from any other in the U.S.
Only in Wisconsin did the percentage of “good start, but not enough” (44%), outnumber “not good at all” (41%). A total of 15% of the responses were “good enough.”
